Returns Policy

General Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all labels, tags, and security devices. The clothing must be in a saleable condition, without any signs of wear or odors.

Faulty Products

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend obtaining proof of postage in case the parcel is lost during transit.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are sent out free of charge but must be for an item of equal or lesser value.
